My opinion: I have been buying all the ham we eat at home for more than two years, that says it all about this company

It's not the product I thought; it has little flavor for an authentic ham.

We are delighted with the Pack50, we even ordered a Pack60 for my in-laws. The shoulder is dark as I like it and with the pink fat, it is delicious and the cheese too. Thank you very much.

They have really exceeded expectations, it is a ham of high quality at a very competitive price. At the perfect curing point, a lot of flavor intensity, not salty and you can really appreciate the 'Iberian' touch in the flavor. I will definitely repeat when we consider a new purchase.
