Good price and received on time

The management was very good. The delivery was very good. But the product, a little improvable. The shoulders are dry and salty, of the two I could try.

We ordered some batches for the company and by chance we realized that all the batches came with two pieces less of products. It wasn't just one batch that was mistaken, no, it was in all of them. We had to ask all the workers if they had received those products and they all agreed that they had not. It is very unpleasant to have to ask the workers if the batch was correct, it is not a company task, you have to ensure that everything is correct. We complained and they sent us the missing products without a single apology, they just sent them. Imagine having to package and deliver the missing products to the workers. It was horrible.

I can't comment on the ham yet, I will do so when I try it. Regarding the shipping, I must say that it was supposed to arrive on the 31st, the package got lost and arrived 2 days later, and as for the packaging, too mediocre! How can you send a ham wrapped only in paper inside a cardboard box?? The box arrived, as is normal, BROKEN at the hoof part, let's see if they improve this concept!

Good morning. We haven't tried it yet because it arrived yesterday in the afternoon and I picked it up in the evening at the pickup point after waiting days. You have fulfilled since you sent it the next day, but from the 29th until the 5th it didn't arrive and I had to buy more ham in my locality. The GLS company did not function correctly. Last Friday, the 2nd, they reported a traffic incident and there was no problem in delivery, in fact, another company brought me another package on Friday that I had ordered on the 30th. As I said, my discontent is with the transport company. Best regards.

I ordered a batch of ham and sausages a few weeks ago and everything arrived quite quickly in one order. However, I have a problem with the black label ham I desire, the author selection that should be 30 months of curing, but with a batch date of 05/2024 the numbers do not add up. This batch should have included a wedge of smoked sheep cheese, but I only received a semi-cured one. I am trying to contact Jamón y Paletilla and there is no way. I hope to have better luck next week.

Several of the products have the expected quality, one of them cannot be said to be bad but the quality is below what I expected according to the product description. The delivery by GLS could not be worse, they sent me an email to select a delivery day between 2, I selected one of them and they came on a different day, I was not home and without making a second delivery attempt or giving me another option they sent me an email saying they had left my package at a delivery point and I had to go pick it up, but worst of all is that GLS has a delivery point in my same block 90 meters from my home and instead of leaving it there they left it much further away, the package was heavy and I had to carry it from where they arbitrarily decided to leave it and all because they did not come to deliver on the agreed day nor did they give the option for a second delivery attempt. The most likely thing is that I will not buy from Jamón y Paletilla again due to the poor delivery service.

I have bought more than 10 shoulders this year, generally all good, in the last shipment I was disappointed because one acorn shoulder weighed less than it should have for what I paid.

I BOUGHT A HAM AND A LOMO SANCHEZ ROMERO CARVAJAL AT THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER AND ONLY THE HAM ARRIVED IN DECEMBER. I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. THEY LEFT US HANGING EVEN THOUGH THEY REFUNDED OUR MONEY. WHEN WE BOUGHT IT, THERE WAS STOCK BUT WHEN SENDING IT IN MID-DECEMBER, THERE WAS NONE. THEY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THESE DETAILS.
