Although the shoulder has quite a bit of fat, it has a spectacular flavor. The delivery was super fast, very good packaging. The first purchase but I will continue trying, very happy with the quality.

The shipping was very good, the shoulder is very good, and a cheese was included as a gift with the order, which is nice. It has been a good purchase.

Very happy, in 48 hours at the shipping address, in addition to the quality they had the detail of adding the note I requested for the person to whom the shipment was intended. Thank you!

The delivery was phenomenal, the cheese was great, and the shoulder was quite normal, not too salty which is already quite good.

I had always rated them with 5 stars. This time not. A sausage arrived in bad condition due to lack of refrigeration; I was refunded. And several days ago I asked them to allow me to rate the ham I bought on their website and they haven't responded. It's inedible, inedible, because it's so salty; being from a top brand. Sánchez Romero Carvajal.

With the heat, either due to the transfer as the shoulder came warm, the fat from the ham melted and turned into oil. I had to clean all the fat, and once dried it is fine. I don't like that it is vacuum packed

With this order, it's the second ham from Benito that we consume, and the first was phenomenal, but this second one is NOT of the same quality as the first, it's a bit hard in the area where it doesn't have fat and its flavor is more similar to a serrano ham.
