The shipment was delayed 5/6 days, I tried to contact them by phone and by email, IMPOSSIBLE NO ONE ANSWERS. My order was for 1 50% iberico acorn ham cut by knife, as the quality was average and salty, the knife cut was good.

Theoretically it is a shoulder of acorn ..... They do not send the black seal confirming it is acorn (I understand it was an oversight). Apart from that, in my case it turned out salty.
