The shipping took more than two weeks to arrive and a claim process had to be initiated via PayPal. On the other hand, the product received did meet expectations.

The ham is not bad in taste, and the gifts like chorizo and cheese are good... but the ham weighs 2.5 kilos, and the ad said 4.5, which makes me doubt if they sent me everything I am entitled to.

Good quality price ratio. This is the first ham outside the norm that I buy and it is worth it.

The ordering and delivery process was correct, but the ham, for being a 5 Jotas, is not of the quality of the fame it has. Too much fat.

The expiration date of 40% of the received product is only a few days away from the reception date; which forces to consume it at "forced marches".

Unbeatable price on first brand products (in my case, I already have several 5J hams). The only 'but' might be the delivery time, which in the case of sliced products, takes a few more days than usual, although certainly, the company warns about it in advance. In summary.. everything fantastic, and I really appreciate that they provide a label, with number and weight of the cut piece, I have had experiences with other stores, where I regret to say, I always thought I was sent pieces of a lower weight than purchased.

The ham has disappointed me, low quality with no taste, the salami is hard, the cheese promises, the bacon is good and the loin is also good.

Simple serrano ham with good flavor. It does not seem at all like pork fed with roots and acorns as described.
