The shipment was good, but upon arrival and tasting the product, it was excessively salty, so I requested a refund. They asked me for photos but no one has responded to me since then, I have read that they have 15 days to return it, the days go by and I know nothing. The uncertainty that is generated I think is not appropriate.

On this occasion, the quality is a 6 out of 10. Generally, it is a 7 out of 10. The first orders were an 8 out of 10. It is evident that if they do not take care of the quality of this product it will end up being a 5 out of 10.
