I am a regular customer of "Jamon y Paletilla/Bon Tall". The product has always been to my liking, but on this occasion, I was disappointed with the package of bones they sent. They definitely did not correspond to the ordered product because they were cut a long time ago. A shame to tarnish a service with this insignificance.

The ham tastes like pork, don't laugh, it makes sense. If it is cured and tastes like pork... it could be due to lack of salt in the drying, or little curing time... really from Pozo, I didn't expect that.
