I was disappointed. Excess fat and somewhat rancid. It sticks in the mouth.

The 50% Iberian ham slices looked good but were quite salty in taste.

The product (a boneless shoulder 50% Iberian breed) came loose inside the box without any type of support or padding, it was very loose. On the other hand, the meat of the product is as described but not the curing, it came very fresh. The flavor of the product is very mild, barely tasteless. I imagine not all products are the same, I only speak of a specific one I received.

Very dry and quite hard. In taste, it deserves no more than a 3 out of 10. I will not buy any more.

It would be interesting to see the ingredients of the products before purchase. Especially due to allergy issues and similar.
