It took too long, and the ham has some mold spots inside between the meat and the fat, and in flavor, for being Iberian cebo it doesn't taste like that and is a bit salty for my taste.

The shipping was very fast, but unfortunately the ham turned out very dry and salty, a shame because the price was good.

If I have to rate the shoulder, I would give it a 4. The initial shipping a 0, horrible management from nacex, days later with the mediation of their customer service they solved the issue but the feeling of the shipping is bad.
