The ham I bought Black label iberico desire author ham, is very dry and very salty, I could say it is the worst iberico ham I have bought and I feel super bad. Best regards.

The ham provided is too tender, it is almost more meat than ham.

The products are very good and they kindly included a gift inside that we really appreciated. There is only one problem, I am eating ham and I never get tired of it!!! Everything is great, thank you!!!

I bought an Iberian shoulder and it turned out very juicy. For my taste, it has a lot of fat but it is very good. Thank you.

I would have liked it a little less cured, but a shoulder with very good flavor.
