Very good shoulder. Shipped quickly and the level of quality and curing is optimal. As a note, for novice users in the subject, I would indicate that the shoulder may come with exterior mold, which is something normal. And the rind a bit soft due to humidity. Overall very good shoulder in terms of quality-price.

The perfect ham, just like the cheese, the sobrasada is not bad at all, it's creamy, ideal for spreading, but I prefer it more solid, denser.

The shoulders are very tasty and since we ordered, they also sent us the cut bones and several bags of cubes. The shipment took a little longer than 5 days, but no problem.

I bought a shoulder SRC of 6.5 to 7 kilos, not many stores sell them and it's appreciated that JyPaletilla sells them at a pretty good price, greetings

I bought two shoulders, and so far the first one turned out very tasty, on the edge of salty but very tasty, it asks for a little more beer and that's it.

Good evening. After many perfect orders... this time I am not satisfied at all since although the ham has a very good flavor it is very hard!!! And I don't think we can eat it all.

Fast, easy and magnificent quality. The prices are quite good, it's not worth looking for offers, in the end, they always have a better one than what's out there. 100% recommendable. We will repeat without a doubt, we have already made several purchases.
