I ordered the half leg of 5 jotas and the website says it weighs 450-550 grams and I received one weighing 430 grams. At least it should have arrived at 450. It doesn't seem serious to me.

I placed two orders this month; the first one you couldn't deliver to the specified address, and the recipient had to go pick it up personally. Hello, I only give 2 stars because the received shoulder is very, very cured, meaning very dry and hard... therefore too salty... it's very hard to cut... they should review this and take them out of the dryer earlier; regarding the flavor, very little flavor; anyway, we are eating it.

Sorry for my harsh words. But I am very disappointed with the ham I received. It was not in the original packaging; it is fattier than the meat, and the little meat is mostly dry. It was not the first acorn-fed ham I bought nor the first acorn-fed ham I ate. They sent me an aged ham. This was the second one I bought from you. I don't think I will buy from you again.
