The format is perfect, the cut and size are appropriate. I ordered ham 5j+Chorizo+Iberian Loin. It did not arrive at the scheduled time of 24-48h, in fact, it didn't arrive at all. I complained and they told me they didn't have the ham, then I asked them to send the Joselito ham and they told me it was more expensive. I pointed out that they had it cheaper on their website. The order was quick and without management problems but one of the products arrived expired, another with the label torn right where the expiration date would be reported, several others without any type of label with batch number/expiration date. I don't give a single star because at least the shoulder turned out very good.
