The ham is good, but it is nothing more than a simple serrano ham, they put so much premium and I don't know what else, I think to make it more expensive, just an ordinary ham.

I bought a lot and they didn't send me some ham tacos that were included, I sent them an email and they told me to remind them on my next purchase and they didn't send me anything even though I told them I had bought them now I shouldn't have to wait for another purchase, they didn't reply and I was left without the tacos I had already paid for.

Very disappointed. In my last order, I bought Benito acorn-fed sausage and chorizo again, as on other occasions, and it has been a surprise because the taste is nothing like before. It turns out that what they sent me is Anselmo Benito, and not Benito like they used to sell. Both the chorizo and the sausage are of much lower quality. I have searched on other websites and found Benito sausage without Anselmo or other variations. I was quite disappointed because I had bought it for a celebration and was looking for the usual quality and found a rather average product.

Hello, on November 11 I received my orders, one of which arrived with 1 chorizo in bad condition/packaging, that same day I sent several emails with photos and to this day I have not received a response, but I have received emails to buy more lots. I bought 2, the first one arrived perfect, the cut, the flavor... the envelopes with the printed brand and the 100% label. The second ham is nothing like it, without a brand, no information of any kind, cut super thick and with a 'aftertaste'. I don't think it's acorn-fed. In short, never again.

I bought two small shoulders. I bought one of approximately 3.5 kg and another of approximately 4 kg. I received one of 3.05 kg and the other of 3.55 kg. It seems like a scam, I will never buy again and I will not recommend it to anyone. I received the order quickly.

I am not satisfied because after paying 110 euros for a shoulder of 5 to 5.5 kg and bringing me 20 packages of 100 105 gr, but you have to subtract 23 gr from the package (vacuum) which seems excessive to me, that is, 20 packages of 80 to 85 gr clean of ham amount to 1.6 or 1.7 kg. In this case, the quantity does not correspond to the quality. The ham is not bad but I think it is too expensive for the quality it has.

The timing and shipping were correct. But, the forms and quality leave much to be desired. A ham arrived without any identification, no seal, no label, nothing indicating its origin. The taste is acceptable, but too cured and when cutting all the fat separates from the meat. This first experience has been quite disappointing.

The ham has good taste and is well salted but very dry which indicates that they sent me a ham that has been waiting a long time in storage, it also leads to error that they describe it as black label when the leg tie is white, in short a disappointment, I think it was a mistake to buy their product that does not meet the quality I expected but I also know it is a mistake I will not make again.
