One of the 3 hams that came in our order did not meet the acceptable curing time, lacking many months. This was confirmed to us at the International School of Ham Cutters. This is the third time we buy on your page, I bought the lot where they say the shoulder weighed around 3.5 to 4 kg, when I opened the box I noticed that it was very small we weighed it and it barely weighed 3 kilos. However, other times they arrived correctly.

I received the ham on time and without problems. When I started it, I found a slight taste of humidity. I called and reported the problem, as I was passing near the warehouse I asked if I could stop by to change it. Once there we did a tasting with the warehouse managers and the taste had diminished but I still didn't find it good at all. I do not recommend it, I'm sorry. If they had changed it for me and it tasted the same I would have thought the same. If for them it was correct, I think it's fine, but it's not the taste we are used to. I will try other options.

Well, for being black label as they say... mine is lean like reserve serrano ham. I start the counterweight and the meat is completely lean, nothing interspersed between the meat and the fat. In terms of flavor, since it has no fat, it is dry and has no flavor. The salt point is good and the curing is perfect. But not for what is sold as black label.

The ham is good and the service is fine.... everything on time.... but I feel a bit deceived by stating that the shoulders weigh between 1.750 and 2 kg.... I ordered 3 shoulders and none of them reached the minimum weight stated in the ad. The heaviest was 1.650 and there was another one of 1.600... a total of almost 0.5 kg less.

we received the ham, we started it and I was very disappointed with it. It is not a 50% Iberian ham, its flavor is not even close, it is a ham with a serrano flavor and it is also very salty. I think they cannot put in the ad Premium Iberian Ham 50% and send that ham, it is like a serrano ham and excessively salty, I requested a return.
