The shoulder is good but I requested knife cutting and paid for it and the cut of some pieces is very thick and with nerves that make it hard to swallow.

I bought for the first time in this store a lot of Iberian cebo ham 50% Iberian breed "Deseo Ibérico" (made by Los Romeros de Jabugo) in slices of 25 packs (advertised as "brutal offer") with 2 gifts included. The shipment was perfect in time and form, with a sealed sturdy box and vacuum-packed in bags (except for the bones, as air got into their vacuum bag). The ham...a total disappointment. The supposed Iberian marbling is absent. It has no appearance, aroma, flavor, or aftertaste of Iberian. We have eaten many tastier and less salty Serrano hams, and almost any Duroc ham (without D.O.) surpasses it. We have gone through 3 packs and have already lost "the illusion" with which we placed the order...so it will be hard to finish it. We misjudged the expectations of this product (at double the price of other similar ones in taste and quality, despite the "offer") and it is clear that we will not repeat...and we hope this serves as a warning for others. We still have to try the "gifts" (cheese wedge and acorn-fed ham bits) to see if they improve the impression we took away...

Very hard and dry in some parts and too little cured in others, it does not resemble other 5J that I have bought here

Good on other occasions. In the last one, it is an Iberian shoulder, and it arrived very dry, on top, and underneath

The taste is very good, but half was very dry and almost could not be cut. What a shame

I requested the boneless shoulder and wanted the bones, I specified it in comments twice to avoid confusion. I DID NOT RECEIVE IT.

Good evening. After many perfect orders... this time I am not satisfied at all since although the ham has a very good flavor it is very hard!!! And I don't think we can eat it all.

The hams are just bone and fat, they made an attractive package for customers to buy.

This is the second time I buy from you. The first was during Christmas and it took a long time. The second, after 12 days, the carrier called me to see what the postal code was. Very bad transport service

It turns out that I ordered fresh chorizos and they took a week to be delivered so they went straight to the trash for safety, I certainly don't think they could be consumed due to the heat process during transport you are not to blame but you will understand my problem

The support for the ham that comes in the photo is not the same as what I received. It is a misleading photo for customers.

The quality of the product leaves something to be desired

I had to return the order because they made a mistake and it was short on weight in the products I ordered

Opened package 2 chorizos were missing and the can of olives came out of the jar all dented I do not understand the intact package

I found while cutting it, with the plate of the type of ham, but in between, cut and having although it came vacuum-packed, having to throw ham around the house piece of the plate, it was slimy and almost with green. I did not try it, after having to throw away about 1/2 kilo of ham, my anger took away my appetite.... I have to ask you a question.. How is it possible that a shoulder of black leg ham..does not smell like ham???? I hope for a response thank you.

It is from black leg but the hooves have fallen off, which gives it a good appearance and at first glance indicates its origin, it is like the discarded black leg hams, as if they were selling hams with defects, and the weight somewhat lower than contracted weighed 7.4kg and I bought between 7.5 and 8.0 kg this ham should be in the lower scale that they sold of 7.9 and 7.5kg It was for a gift and I had to buy another one from a more serious company and leave this one for myself. The flavor is good but here everything is valued and especially in this category of hams

My last purchase was a disaster, I only had bacon (I thought I wouldn't find beta). I will buy again, but not this brand. I will repeat from previous ones that were 10.

Salty, and boneless to the extreme. I will not buy this type again.

One of the two hams I received is lighter than what I ordered. The invoice/order clearly states that the piece is 5-5.5k. I received one of 4.5 to 5. I feel deceived and I bought 2 units.

The Benito cebo shoulder has turned out quite bland.

Grateful for the speed of delivery, but very disappointed with the weight of the Capa Negra Iberian loin, I paid more than 82€ per kilo, it didn't weigh anywhere near what was advertised.

The ham itself has a good taste... I told them I didn't like dry ones and it arrived super dry and mega smeared with oil to disguise it, you almost need a chainsaw to cut it... the next one that arrives like this I will return.

The 50% Iberian ham slices looked good but were quite salty in taste.
