I have already written you an email and you have not replied. Along with the ham, you sent me a bunch of cheeses that arrived quite melted due to the heat. I asked you if it is normal to send dairy products that are not refrigerated and you have not replied

So far the first packet I opened has too much fat and the slices are very thick. The flavor is good

The flavor is good, but it is a bit fresh and from 6.5 kg that it would weigh with bone, it has stayed at just 3, the delivery was perfect, fast and effective since I was not at home and they contacted me, I would buy again but not that type of ham since it said it was a super deal and for me it was not even close

The salami they sent is super hard and the paletilla is super tender.

I bought this ham before and it was better. It lacks curing.

I ordered old cheese and they sent me another one

On other occasions when we ordered Iberian ham we were very happy with the product. This time they didn't have that brand and we ordered 5J shoulder and it has disappointed us.

It's not a wonder, but the price/quality ratio is correct.

It has many hard parts and others very soft, I am not taking advantage of it as I should.

The ham is salty and the flavor does not have the quality it should, in some pieces it even seems rancid.

Two of the products are of low quality.

I thought it would be of higher quality, it does not correspond to a black leg label.

I regret not being able to give a favorable opinion this time since I took very little advantage of the shoulder. Clean slices did not come out and on top of that the meat was tough. I did not complain hoping it would improve as I kept cutting. I make this clear because the staff is super friendly and I am sure they would have attended to my complaint if I had made it.

Several doubles were not well vacuum packed, and the sibrasada was moldy. It's a shame because in previous orders everything had been fine, but I will not buy again.

I bought a JOSELITO shoulder but it is not at all what I expected, I will not buy it again.

My name is Cristóbal Martínez Pozo, I am a pilot and instead of always going home loaded, I found your company that supplies quality things for my children. I started enjoying the last order for the cheese that you sell that we like the most, the Ahuyentalobos. I am contacting you to let you know that this cheese has turned out to be "a little" rancid, spoiled. It needs to be cut quite a bit (about a finger thick) from the outside to remove that flavor. I do not intend to receive a discount for next time, nor a new cheese, nor even a refund. Just to let you know that you may have received a spoiled batch or you have stored it for too long. A product for which I pay €69 must be of exceptional quality.

The ham arrived very quickly, regarding the taste, well.... after throwing away 600 grams of pure fat (and what remains) I reached the edible part, and regarding the taste, I must indicate that it is far from the norm like "Joselito" is misleading advertising, as it doesn't resemble it at all, it's little more than a serrano

A year ago these trays of 50% acorn were a 10, but my last 3 orders have disappointed me quite a bit, super fast shipping, but the ham arrives little cured and without acorn flavor, it seems like little cured white ham.
