I made an order for a shoulder and there are packages that taste rancid. I bought a 4kg shoulder and the total order does not even reach 2 kg, I understand that there is waste, but more than 50%...

Dear Ana,
Thank you for your opinion and for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that some products did not meet your expectations. Your comment about the weight and quality of the shoulder is very valuable, and for this reason, we inform you that the approximate yield of a sliced palette is 30 to 45% of the weight with bone, so we understand that the yield is exceptional.

I really think that for being a Shoulder it has too much fat. Which does not seem normal to me.
Translated reviews
Response from JamónyPaletilla
Dear Miguel, we appreciate your opinion about our Shoulder. We regret that it did not meet your expectations regarding its fat content. Precisely the amount of fat in this extraordinary product is what makes it exceptional. The high content of oleic acid is found in the fat, being very healthy and beneficial for health. Best regards!
