As always, the attention and speed are very good. The products are very good although this time the shoulder came out a bit salty, otherwise everything is correct.

Good afternoon, I received it a bit late, but I was informed of the delay. I ordered 2 packages of boneless ham. One package came with ham that couldn't be sliced. It didn't come as a whole piece. When cut, it broke into 2 or 3 pieces. The rest came perfect. Thank you.

It is a shoulder that we have tried before and since we liked it, we continue buying the same brand, it has an intense flavor with some fat but that gives a touch to the palate.

The received shoulder has no smell or flavor of 'Iberian Cebo'. It can be eaten, although it is a bit too salty. It seems more like, from what was previously mentioned, a shoulder of white pork.
