I ordered a 5j acorn-fed ham and they contacted me to inform me that they did not have the weight I wanted, they offered me one of lower weight and price or to maintain the price by supplying the difference with a 500g presa, I chose this last option indicating that they should not send me either of the 2 very cured products since we are 2 people. The presa was impossible to cut, although Nieves' management was very appropriate and she proceeded to send me another sliced and vacuum-packed presa, I am still waiting for a response, after removing 1 kg of bacon we still cannot comment on the quality of the product since there is still no vein to pull from. I think I will not use their services again.

The delivery was super fast. The shoulder has a lot of fat and is undercured for my taste, and the weight is a bit tight. Otherwise, very good flavor. I haven't tried the other products yet

I had tried the acorn shoulders from Benito and all of them were exquisite, this time we tried the ham and it was equally good and tasty.

Good. For now, I can only evaluate the delivery of the order and the Navarra cheese I tried. Everything was very good, the order arrived quickly and as advertised, and the cheese was excellent. I will try the rest later, it looks great

Everything is very good. I don't give 5 stars because the shipping program doesn't have a specific option for gifts. I suggest that a note can be added inside the packages. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
