From Jamón y Paletilla everything is correct, regarding the ham, the flavor is excellent but I only give it 4 stars because it is a bit raw in some parts.

This is the second time I place an order, and I am delighted, a real discovery. I have already recommended to my acquaintances both in Spain and Germany to buy ham at Jamónypaletilla. And I will definitely not be the last time I do it. The ham is delicious, the order easy to place, the price very good and the service Top :). Recommended 100%.

And the ham and cheese are really good. The only negative is that from Friday until Monday when I received it, the ham and cheese were super sweaty, there was more than a glass of liquid fat in the ham packaging.

I have to say that I had previously bought the 50% Iberian breed acorn ham and was very happy, now I bought the black label ham from Benito and I am very disappointed, it does not seem like Iberian ham, I paid 130€ for this ham and it seems like a 75€ ham, I also have to say that I have no complaints about the page because I mentioned my discontent and in the end they compensated me, but regarding that ham I am very disappointed to say that I had previously tried the 50% Iberian breed acorn ham I bought a black label ham from Benito and the truth is that I was very disappointed with that ham.

I was comparing prices between different pages and analyzing the best ham or shoulder I could get for quality-price and it did not disappoint. Very good shoulder in flavor and curing point. It came in a very well-wrapped box. As a recommendation, it would be great to include some flyer or small information with recommendations on how to start or preserve the shoulder at home. Small details to make everything perfect in a product of very good quality.

The bacon has nothing to do with the photo; and the ham is just average.
