The cheese was great but I bought two shoulders and they arrived extremely dry. It's the first time this has happened to me because I've bought more times without any problem.

Everything is fine, it took one more day but it was due to weekend issues. The shoulder was fantastic at a good price.

Fast and good delivery but the product, being acorn-fed and certified, is too hard, almost inedible.

Although the shoulder has quite a bit of fat, it has a spectacular flavor. The delivery was super fast, very good packaging. The first purchase but I will continue trying, very happy with the quality.
