The ham is very good, I have nothing to complain about, but the transport agency GLS, when bringing it later, delivered the ham almost melted, the bag it came in had 4 fingers of melted fat due to the heat, the ham looked like plasticine, we had to put it in front of the air conditioning, and I repeat, the ham is good, but it did not arrive in the best conditions, we know that heat is not good, but if they do not keep it in a cool and dry place at the transport agency, then these things happen. I only ask that if I order again, please do not send with the same agency, regards.

I am happy with the order except for the packaging. I live in Germany and the shipping takes longer than normal and I understand that but I expected a packaging more prepared to withstand the heat.

The order arrived in less than 48 hours, very good because at this time of year, the speed for food is appreciated. The loin is very good in taste but a bit over-cured, for being 100% acorn, it can be improved, and I don't give 5 stars because whenever you give (in general) leeway in weight, it NEVER approaches the maximum value, always to the smallest. And in my case, I ordered 2 half loins, both meet this.

A good place to place orders when one does not live in Spain. I would place orders more often if it weren't for the shipping costs. Other online sites send orders over 100 euros without shipping costs. But a good site with good prices and fast shipping. I recommend it.

I placed an order on May 17 for a ham in 4 pieces including bones + loin, my complaint is about the ham, the order arrived on May 18, as it is clear that it did not have the weight it should have, a tip from another ham was added and the bones also did not seem to be from the ham. Regarding the products, no objections. They have always been of good quality and in good condition. Not so regarding the transport and delivery service in the Tarragonés area. This is not the first time I have complained about this. From the Jamón and Paletilla headquarters (El Vendrell) to my house, it is approximately 16 km. Well, the shipments usually arrive two or three days after they have been picked up by the GLS transport company. In addition, GLS sends me an email announcing the pickup and the subsequent delivery the next day. Well; it is never fulfilled. The delivery is usually made, as I said before, two or three days after the pickup without respecting what was announced by email. If the delivery is to be made to another of my addresses (El Maresme), the situation is different. Here, GLS usually meets the deadlines and what was previously announced.
