I was disappointed with the shoulder. I would rather say it is a good cellar shoulder. We did not notice the Iberian flavor. It was good but I would not buy it again for that price (62.5 €, the price of many 50% Iberian cebo shoulders).

Yes it arrived, but when putting all the products with the ham in the cardboard box, some like the nougat were hit and broken, it would be necessary to protect them as the jar of asparagus was wrapped, that's the only downside.

The ham is good, but... The slicing is not adequate, as there is no way to take slices one by one. You can only eat by cutting with a knife, as it compacts so much that it becomes a fused piece. Next time I would buy it as a whole ham.

"100% acorn-fed Iberian...???"-- without more. I brought several colleagues to compare with some cebo, others 100 acorn-fed.... and we saw it on par with the 50% Iberian cebo.
