I opened the ham this past Saturday and it is very good, although since it is very wrapped, the ham is white and with a little more curing, it would be even better, but if, as in my case, it is consumed slowly, it would end up hard. In summary, it is very good.

As a note, for novice users in the subject, I would indicate that the shoulder may come with exterior mold, which is something normal. And the rind a bit soft due to humidity.
