The shoulder is good but I expected to find it better in taste. I have bought this brand before and it has never disappointed me, that 'grip' that stays in the throat when you savor it, this one did not have it. I must say that I negatively value the tracking of the order, there is no way to track it because there is no tracking number. The website says that UPS is the transport agency and in the end, it was brought by Nacex.

I recently bought a batch of sliced Iberian shoulder and it is quite tasty, it also comes with a piece of Duroc loin and some small pieces of ham for cooking. Served quickly and without problems. The price is in line with the product. For my taste, it lacks some aging but well it is.

Good service, speed. I would like there to be greater quality control over the products sent (if possible). My purchase was a shoulder from brand 959, weighing 4kg, with 28 months of curing. The babilla was inedible. The contramaza is rated 10. This shoulder should have been consumed 5 or 6 months ago, and that would have been a total success (Sirs. of Consorcio de Jabugo, do not wait until the product is about to expire to make your offers)

Everything went excellently, except for the notifications about the order status. I received the product without any indication that it had been sent for delivery. When I received it, the status still appeared as 'In preparation'. I don't give 5 stars because they can and should improve in this aspect.
