Opinion on field-fed 100% Iberian shoulder Dehesas Reunidas D.O. Los Pedroches 3.8KG, fat good, texture good, flavor bland, tastes like nothing, I have bought 6 different shoulders on this website, I will not repeat this one.

This time it comes better, the previous one was very frustrating, the quality of the ham varied according to the package, some very salty and others not. I am convinced that they were not all from the same leg and packages only with little pieces. I hope this one is better quality.

In terms of flavor it is very good, but it has a lot of bacon and several people have complained to me

I paid nearly 200 euros for a supposedly acorn-fed and 100% Iberian sliced ham. The ham was horrible and salty. Luckily, the return was without problems.

The flavor is good but maybe it is too tender. It lacks a point of maturation.

Good product and fast delivery. I don't give 5 stars since the LLardons arrived a bit crumbled.

Ham for daily use, I expected more from a Duroc Ham, I started the ham from the thinnest part and it has no fat and very little flavor. It's worth betting on a 50% field-fed and you won't fail. In short, a daily ham.

As always, excellent product quality but they forgot my order and, 24 hours before leaving for a trip, I had to call. The order had not been processed and they sent it urgently, the following Saturday. Good reaction but I lost the day of the trip waiting for the carrier.

This time the shoulder was too dry and salty. I have been buying them for a long time and this had never happened to me. That's why I give it three stars. But this time it doesn't deserve even one.

I expected the product to come in a gift box as it appeared in the photo, since the purchase was for gifting to some friends, and it was not like that. Regarding the quality, I cannot comment because I have not tried it.
