It has a very good taste but the texture is lacking, it is too hard.

Good morning, Although your Iberian certification leaves no doubt, I expected another type of black label shoulder. Everything else is correct. Regards

I do not rate 5 stars because things can always be improved. But the product is of top quality. Highly recommended.

It is very beaten up, and it was not vacuum packed. For the taste, it is very good, but the last time I ordered, the pieces were more whole and compact.

I bought this ham "la union 1890" from acorn-fed. The ham is good within its limitations. I thought that a ham costing more than 100€ would have a different type of quality and more from the Jabugo area. It is an Iberian ham but a bit dry, without the fat and softness desired in a pata negra ham. Next time I want an authentic pata negra ham, without having the claws painted black.

It took them two weeks to send it, they lost my order and I had to move with the carrier to guess what had happened and where it was. Finally, and what is worse, three products arrived and none were what I had ordered. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and I am waiting for them to return my money. Pitiful.
