Good flavor but it is much harder than at its point or soft. Let's see now that I will turn it over how it comes out.

I expected more weight in the quantity of the shoulder since it did not reach 1.200 kg when the ham was almost the same weight and its price was much cheaper

The shoulder, this time I wanted to try a new brand and although the flavor is tasty, it doesn't seem like acorn, it reminds me more of a ham from Teruel, without D.O.

The order was quickly delivered. The items are of good quality. The cutting of the ham pieces and their distribution is poorly planned, since for me, out of four pieces, I got almost half bacon on three of them. The loin weighs exactly 500 grams, being able to reach, according to the offer, up to 700 grams. A little more fairness would be appreciated.

Satisfied with the purchase, the only downside to mention is that one of the packs of ham and the pack of bones did not have the vacuum done properly. Other than that, great.

I ordered 2 packs that included shoulder, wedge of cheese, and Iberian salami and chorizo. The shoulder, which was what I was interested in, was very good but I didn't like the salami at all, it's a shame not to include a good quality salami or even not to include it at all. One of my packs was for a gift and I removed the salami, luckily I tried it in mine first.

For now, I have started the first cuts, it has a lot of fat, I have lost a large amount of product until reaching the meat, from here the flavor is good, but I have the feeling that the waste is exaggerated.

Everything perfect, this is the second one I buy from them, the first one came sliced very thick and the kids didn't like it because it made balls, this second one, after mentioning it, came better, thinner and of better quality than the first, I will buy from them again. Thank you.
