The shipment was perfect, I just started the shoulder and so far it seems to meet expectations, good flavor and juicy, in fact this is the third one I buy from them and this one seems to be the best so far, I don't give them 5 stars because what I don't like about this company is the phone service, in fact they don't always answer, the answering machine always picks up.

It is more expensive per kg, but since I don't pay shipping fees, it comes to the same price as yours. What bothered me about directos.eu is the plastic wrap! I thought I would find it in "natural casing" with you, which is what is marked on the soubressades. But no, the casing is plastic. Good quality-price ratio

I made an order for a shoulder and there are packages that taste rancid. I bought a 4kg shoulder and the total order does not even reach 2 kg, I understand that there is waste, but more than 50%...

I really think that for being a Shoulder it has too much fat. Which does not seem normal to me.

The order was for a ham of 7.00/7.50 kilos and it did not weigh 7.00 kilos.

Quality and price are good, the narrow part is a bit dry but it can be eaten

The shipment was fast and it came well wrapped in its box but for me, it lacks a bit of curing, the ham is very soft.

Hello, I am an individual who has been placing orders with you for some time now. I know that I am a customer who does not generate a large billing for you, but I am loyal because the quality you provide and the service for me is excellent. The only thing I don't like and wanted to mention is that always, and I mean ALWAYS!!, when you order, for example, a whole piece of 6 to 6,500kg, the piece arrives with 6,030kg and for me that is an ugly detail. It never arrives with 6,200kg or 6,300kg or 6,400kg. I believe you know what I am saying and what I am talking about. It would be good to improve on that. Other than that, I have already mentioned that it is excellent. Best regards.
