Everything is fine, received quickly and the ham is good.

In general good but two of the products were of lower weight than announced. Despite offering a refund for the weight difference, this is not enough since being a smaller product, it is also drier and less tasty. The ordered ham is fine, but it has a lot of fat. I would have returned it in the store, to be honest. Having ordered it online I can't.

The shoulder is a little salty and weighs 4.1Kg not what is stated on the shoulder 4.66KG. Keep this in mind for future customers.

Very good experience with the purchase at JamonyPaletilla, great product offer and very clear website. I was able to buy products that are impossible to access where I live and they came properly packaged and without damage. However, there is one point that could be improved and that is the distribution company. In this case, it was through NACEX and I haven't had very good experiences, at least in Lugo where I placed the order. The thing is that the distributor arrived at my address with the package on Wednesday, April 5 (a day before the Holy Week holidays) and rang the bell around 5:00 PM or so, without response, because at that moment I was in the garage and was not expecting the package (I did not receive any prior notice from NACEX or a phone call as other companies do). NACEX's delivery service includes a second delivery attempt, however this was made one minute after the first, which makes no sense (only a 30-minute difference would have been sufficient in this case, although normally it should be a few hours or the next day). In any case, at the end of that day I entered JamonyPaletilla to check the package tracking and saw that they had tried to deliver it and that since there was no response, they took the package to the NACEX office, after notifying the customer of the fact. In this case, I was not informed of anything, there was no phone call from the delivery person nor a notice in the mailbox of failed delivery. I found out when on Wednesday at 7:30 PM I checked the package tracking on the NACEX website. By that time, I no longer had time to go pick it up at the NACEX office (which also only has one in Lugo and is on the outskirts, in the industrial park). Being the day before the Holy Week holiday and since NACEX does not open on Saturdays, I had to wait until Monday, April 10 to pick up the package. In summary, I would like them to give the option to use other courier services. Even if they are more expensive, I prefer to pay a little more because other companies have better communication with the customer, better information on package tracking, and also offer the possibility to pick up the package at a nearby parcel, very useful in case you cannot be home at the time of receiving the package.

The taste is not bad, but the slices of ham are too thick. It loses a lot. I don't think I will repeat.

The delivery person did not notify me of the order and two days later a neighbor came to me with the package saying that they had left it at her house. The requested shoulder was too fresh and it wasn't until halfway through that we started to find some flavor.
