The shoulder from Benito Jabugo has a good flavor and what we have consumed is well salted. The pancetta from Sánchez Romero is a fraud. That should be sold as bacon.

Very correct order and fast delivery. Highly recommended, they are very good. In your ham store, they scammed me, they didn't send me the cheese I ordered this Christmas because it had run out here in ham and shoulder and they deceived me, they kept my money and didn't send me the product.
