Delicious shoulder, but a huge delay in delivery, the transport company needs improvement. Thank you.

The shoulder is very good. The ham holder is very light and unstable, besides it cost me a lot until I could fit the screws more or less.

Little information about the traceability of the product; excessively cured (old), little white fat and a lot of rancid. It does not correspond to the price. I regret the criticism but I was disappointed.

The shipment arrived on its day. The ham turned out good. I do not give it 5 stars because the ham arrived full of mold, greener than Hulk.

The delivery was very fast. Of the product, we have only tried the loins from Sanchez Romero Carvajal and it was a disappointment, it is not the quality that this brand usually offers, very dry and tasteless. We hope to have better luck with the shoulders.

Good and quickly served. Surprised even to see that some vacuum-packed products indicate a preservation between 0 and 5°, which the seller does not specify,...who delivers without respecting the cold chain...

Good service. Very good shoulder. But 10€ for shipping to the Balearic Islands, even spending more than 100€, seems a lot to me.

Wrong batch and when I see its price it is lower than the one I originally bought. Customer service does not respond. I want to think it is due to the dates and a high volume of orders, but if I buy again it surely won't be at Christmas.
