Good afternoon, I received it a bit late, but I was informed of the delay. I ordered 2 packages of boneless ham. One package came with ham that couldn't be sliced. It didn't come as a whole piece. When cut, it broke into 2 or 3 pieces. The rest came perfect. Thank you.

It is a shoulder that we have tried before and since we liked it, we continue buying the same brand, it has an intense flavor with some fat but that gives a touch to the palate.

It is a bit tender, I prefer it more cured. It can be eaten.

The received shoulder has no smell or flavor of 'Iberian Cebo'. It can be eaten, although it is a bit too salty. It seems more like, from what was previously mentioned, a shoulder of white pork.

The loin is very good but it says it weighs between 300 and 400 grams and what a coincidence that it weighs 300.

Fast shipping and well prepared. The product, so far, is excellent. The hams are a bit small, but I insist, the one we tried was excellent.

The shoulder, although it tastes good, smells quite bad, despite being started for several days, I suppose it's because it's a vacuum-packed product, it smells quite bad, it's a bit unpleasant, I wouldn't buy that specific shoulder again, the rest of the gift items were exquisite.
