JamónyPaletilla consistently delivers fast shipping and reliable packaging, with many reviews noting timely delivery and well-presented, intact products. Customers highlight strong product variety and value, including favorable quality across items like jamón and lomo, competitive prices, and ongoing satisfaction from long-time customers. Service stands out for responsiveness and care, with many praising helpful recommendations, smooth ordering processes, and confident repeat purchases. Positive experiences also emphasize favorable tasting attributes such as sabor, color, textura, and aroma, reinforcing trust in the brand and its offerings.
I specifically requested that the shoulder not be dry but rather tender. It hasn't been like that, which makes it somewhat unpleasant to eat. Very good regarding the speed of delivery.

Everything very correct. Delivery time. And above all the quality of the product in my case, Monte la Reina cheese.

Everything very good, it was for a gift, the only thing I would recommend is to change the transport company, because they are out for delivery and mark false absences, which delays the delivery. Other than that, fine.

The cheese is very good, 3kg. The Iberian loin weighed less than 500 grams, when it should be between 500 and 600 grams.

Excellent quality in the products, good packaging, fast delivery.... Just one suggestion... I have been a customer for a long time and it would be interesting to "reward loyalty" in an easy and clear way to be able to use discounts or bonuses... Thank you

The shoulder has a very good flavor, I don't give it 5 stars because when I turned it over it had too much fat!!!! I will order again to see if the next one doesn't have so much and I will give it 5 stars.

The product is fine, but the packaging date is from October 2021, and according to what they indicated in their ad, it would take about 10 days to ship it because they had to slice it. As indicated, the product is fine, but I feel a bit disappointed for understanding that they were not truthful in their ad.

I ordered a Joselito shoulder and it took 1 week to send it. There was no stock. They gave me alternatives but I wanted to wait. Product well wrapped. Good phone support. Being able to pay cash on delivery without additional cost was nice because when you pay a lot of money for a ham you feel more at ease when placing the order
