I have to say that I had previously bought the 50% Iberian breed acorn ham and was very happy, now I bought the black label ham from Benito and I am very disappointed, it does not seem like Iberian ham, I paid 130€ for this ham and it seems like a 75€ ham, I also have to say that I have no complaints about the page because I mentioned my discontent and in the end they compensated me, but regarding that ham I am very disappointed to say that I had previously tried the 50% Iberian breed acorn ham I bought a black label ham from Benito and the truth is that I was very disappointed with that ham.

The first order I made was spectacular, I ordered a shoulder from Joselito and it was very good. But in this second order I can't say the same, the ham has come very very dry, what a shame... at least it is good but super dry and the cheese is very good, that is for sure. I will probably repeat and we will see how the next order goes.

I am not an expert but the shoulder is very good, with the characteristics of an animal raised in freedom (more fat, more fibrous tendons) and the size is logically a bit smaller than that of a certified shoulder, but this is compensated by the lower price. In short, it is a product with a very good quality-price ratio. The order was quick and without setbacks. I will repeat.
