I had always rated them with 5 stars. This time not. A sausage arrived in bad condition due to lack of refrigeration; I was refunded. And several days ago I asked them to allow me to rate the ham I bought on their website and they haven't responded. It's inedible, inedible, because it's so salty; being from a top brand.
