The service in general is great, the product, so far of very good quality.....the only issue was the transport as we had a problem with the delivery. The box came open and was left in front of the house door, on a street. Montse was informed and I received today the new package with the requirement of the signature, which is correct.

I ordered a deboned 5J (Cinco jotas) ham cut into 6 pieces and vacuum packed. The order arrived from Spain to Germany in 3 days and in perfect condition. I already had one piece with my family and the ham is excellent. Excellent service! 5 stars is not enough!

the shoulder arrived quite quickly, we already knew that shoulders have more fat, but unfortunately this one has more than usual, the flavor is quite good and it's not salty, but for my taste I would prefer it more cured.
