I expected the cheese piece to be like the previous one I ordered weighing 3.5 kg and I only received 3 kg, so I lost half a kilo.

I ordered a shoulder El Pozo 100 x 100 Iberian and there was no stock. We changed it for another 50 x 100 Iberian also from El Pozo and it turned out EXCELLENT, less fat and TENDER as my family likes. Thank you, Mrs. Montse, for being so helpful. Cruz Ruberte.
