It doesn't seem to be Iberian, the flavor and texture are not like others I have bought, the shoulder is also excessively dry. What a shame.

The product is fine. The transport and delivery service were average, they took two days longer than they should have

Hello, happy but I did not receive the certificate of the 5j cut shoulder that I bought. In the previous shipment, I did receive it. This raises doubts for me.

Until today all shipments have been satisfactory but the last one regarding the shoulder I am not happy with. Still, I think you do a good job.

Ham out of standard, which is not bad for the price, but I expected a little more, it will be at most a field feed, I read on your page that it was a free-range out of standard and you shouldn't say it eats acorns, because it doesn't, I buy the premium from jabugueña which is indeed an acorn out of standard, also the ham came very ugly in cut, the maza deformed, it is the best part of the ham, evidently that is why it does not carry the benito brand, I expected more, regards
