The shoulder is very good, maybe it's a bit more tender than I would like, but I also understand that it's very difficult to control the ripeness of each one, generally satisfied and I'm sure I will buy again from JamónyPaletilla.

I have already made three orders of Iberian hams and everything is great, fast shipping and the hams are of the quality I expected. I recommend them and I will continue buying from them.

Excellent quality price ratio. Serious and very professional company. Having bought several times, I never had any problems, neither in service nor in product quality. I will continue using this company for my purchases.

Everything has been excellent. We bought a shoulder, they cut it and vacuum packed it, including both the bones and the larger pieces. The quality has been magnificent. Without a doubt, we will repeat.
