I like the quality of the shoulder. Since it is boneless, I would have liked them to include the bone, which also has its use.

I am a regular customer of "Jamon y Paletilla/Bon Tall". The product has always been to my liking, but on this occasion, I was disappointed with the package of bones they sent. They definitely did not correspond to the ordered product because they were cut a long time ago. A shame to tarnish a service with this insignificance.
