The ham did not turn out well and I had doubts about how the process would go (due to comments I had read), but despite the difficulty in contacting them by phone, the process by email was very smooth and they changed the ham very quickly. Very happy, I will definitely repeat.

I was a little disappointed because I have been buying 50% iberian acorn ham from different websites for years, and this time I ordered the 100% iberian expecting more flavor and more infiltrated fat and the one I received has an acceptable flavor, but it is very lean, very cured and without any infiltrated fat. It is good, I have not complained about anything, but I was a little disappointed, due to the price increase over the 50% I expected some difference for the better.

As always... Excellent product. Unbeatable price/quality ratio. Super fast shipping. I never lack a ham from 'jamonypaletilla.com' in my house.

The shoulder is very good and for a fantastic price, it is true that in flavor it is a bit milder than the 10 layers, but given the impossibility of finding it, this is a very good option. The service, as always, impeccable and although it ships on the day of purchase, keep in mind that it takes 3 to 4 days before receiving it from the day of purchase, but well, it is not a big problem for me. Congratulations on the good work and thank you. Best regards. Javier Diaz

I have been buying hams at jamonypaletilla for years and I will continue to do so. They not only have hams with exceptional flavor and great offers, but the customer service is exceptional. When incidents have occurred, they have always responded perfectly and in record time. More than recommendable!!!!
