The service was very fast but I haven't opened the product yet because it's for dinner on Christmas Eve. It is to be expected that the quality will be very good and that if there is any problem, there will be no issue in solving it.

The shoulder has good flavor but the weight is not right (I ordered a piece of 5-5.5 kg and received one of 4.9. On the other hand, there is a lot of waste in fat until reaching the lean part

The shipping had a lot of lies from the carrier, that I went and there was no one, up to three times, I don't understand the need to lie, just saying that it will be delivered later is infinitely better. The shoulder, well normal, 100% acorn-fed and from Huelva, is good, but the meat is a bit dry, not worth celebrating. In general, the merchandise is not bad, the world of ham can turn out excellent or regular, but the way the shipping and the response from customer service is very bad. Order it 15 days in advance..

The delivery was correct, the shoulder has come out at its cutting start, with a lot of fat, its flavor is good, for being acorn I thought it would be better
