The ham I ordered was very salty and uncured. I reported it and they quickly replaced it, and now yes, the ham is extraordinary. I have a lot of confidence that they resolved the problem so quickly.

The shipment was very fast. I still can't evaluate the product because I haven't opened it, but it looks great.

The shoulder came out great only this time they didn't notify me about anything, neither the purchase nor the shipment caught me by surprise, they always notify, this time they neglected it.

Very good, and in this case a very generous weight. The flavor is incredible, despite being 50% Iberian

Quality of the ham, from a shoulder with good flavor, extraordinarily exquisite. But the amount of packages, sliced, cubes, and bones received does not correspond to the weight of a shoulder of at least 3.5kg. In my opinion, it is more interesting to buy a whole shoulder than the sliced one.

Everything arrived as expected, the box in which the shipment comes is of quality, they tried to 'take out' a package, they couldn't, I would suggest putting tape on the inner flaps so they can't access it with a tool
