Very well shipped, arrived when they said. The flavor is great, it's delicious. But when removing the rind, excess bacon, and the weight of the bone, the total meat probably didn't reach 900g

I opened the shoulder I ordered with a black layer and it was full of mold and fungus (I have photos), after cleaning one layer, indeed the quality of the shoulder is very good!

The work on the ham and shoulder itself is impeccable. They met deadlines, the product arrived perfectly vacuum packed and cut, and I'm very satisfied with that part. The ham itself leaves much to be desired, I'm aware that it's 100% Iberian but from feed, yet it still has very little flavor. Disappointed with the quality of the product. I will use it for stews.

I bought a 100% Iberian feed ham "La Unión 1890" and it came with the white seal (correct) and the label said it was 50% Iberian. On a sticker placed over the 50% it said it was 100%... If it were 100% it would have its specific label. That said, the ham is at its curing point and it's good... but I don't believe it's 100% Iberian

Good afternoon, it's fine, another one I tried from some friends was better, and also at the time of the order it says 4 to 4.5kg and everything weighed 2200kg, I understand the waste but I don't think two kg weigh. I see few packages. I usually order shoulders cut in two different places and they come 20 packs of 100g and cubes at the same price. Thank you for allowing me to give my opinion. Maybe I'll repeat. I have bought cheese from viejo arquespal several times which is very good and had a very good price. But just a week later the same cheese has gone up by 14€ more. In my opinion, it is abusive.

The 3 loins I received expire in November (2 months), which I have to consume quickly and it was not my intention. Previously I had bought the same brand and type of loin at Corte Ingles and it came with a shelf life of 1 year.
