Good flavor, good curing, and good quality for its price. But saltier than normal, the cut is not bad, but it could be better, so that the slices can be separated one by one. Good quality-price ratio, it's a shame especially that it is salty.

Good afternoon, I received it a bit late, but I was informed of the delay. I ordered 2 packages of boneless ham. One package came with ham that couldn't be sliced. It didn't come as a whole piece. When cut, it broke into 2 or 3 pieces. The rest came perfect. Thank you.

The received shoulder has no smell or flavor of 'Iberian Cebo'. It can be eaten, although it is a bit too salty. It seems more like, from what was previously mentioned, a shoulder of white pork.

The shoulder, although it tastes good, smells quite bad, despite being started for several days, I suppose it's because it's a vacuum-packed product, it smells quite bad, it's a bit unpleasant, I wouldn't buy that specific shoulder again, the rest of the gift items were exquisite.

I received the ham after 8 days and although I indicated the reception time for orders, since the delivery had to be made at a pharmacy and they took it outside the indicated time again for delay and with the heat that has been when it finally arrived it is half cooked. It can be eaten and since I went to the beach I didn't have time to change it, we are going to eat it in this state which is also good, although it's not the same. I hope they take this into account for a future order.
