The delivery has been terrible, I haven't tried the product yet.

The shipping time was a disaster, between when I bought it and when it arrived at my house with a prior complaint email about the wait, I don't remember exactly but at least 10 days, although it was probably two weeks, unacceptable. The ham is fine, acceptable and what is more or less available for this price almost everywhere.

Somewhat fresh ham for consumption.

The quality of the lean meat is GOOD... REGULAR the weight 8.220 Kg. (according to the label) that is a little less than the minimum weight offered. BAD the fat proportion is extremely high.

There is no way to track the order and they took more than five business days, as well as calling them and they don't answer the phone.

Good ham, oily, good reddish color, very mild and not intense flavor and smell, very similar to the hams from Guijuelo. Recommendable.

The order arrived one day late, they didn't answer calls or emails, to request a solution to the problem since it is a perishable product although it came vacuum-packed, and they respond several days after receiving the goods. I expressed my complaints in the email, and they replied saying that customer service is good and that if they don't answer the phone it's because they are busy. They should attend to the messages from the answering machine and try to resolve the problem on the day it arises and talk to the transport company that failed with the delivery of the order, once received, it is of no use to communicate with you. I hope that when I open the ham packages they are in perfect condition. This way I will have to pay for refrigerated shipping, as there is no guarantee of delivery. In any case, this is the first time this has happened to me with them, and I will continue to buy, if something like this happens again, then I will not buy anymore.

Fast delivery service and tasty shoulder but very dry, I started cutting it from one side that I couldn't cut, changed sides and it was somewhat better, very dry.

I didn't like the ham much, they say it's 100% Iberian, but it can't be, because it has no marbling. Thank you

I bought 6 TACOS JAMÓN RESERVA VETEADO total weight: 1 Kg of which all are edges of the ham, nothing from the center of the ham, all very cured and hard, 5 Fuet Espetec Extra Bon Tall very hard, difficult to chew, but it's the first time this has happened in an order from this company... I will have to choose better what I buy and if it is sent the same way then return...

It's not a way to send a seemingly good ham in transport that took five days to deliver at 40 degrees and arrived pure melted fat.

After checking that the customer is not very important for your company. I consider that a shoulder of 6.50 kg. receiving 20 packages of 0.100gr is a very high loss and it is already the second time in the previous one they got the order wrong and compensated me, it is true, but with some packages that only had fat completely white. And this is not having a minimum of ethics on your part. I don't want to continue, as I would understand too much and it is not appropriate. Regards.

This time we are not satisfied for two reasons: a) The ham is too tender. b) The box did not come in good condition and there were two envelopes (one of ham and another, of bones) that were not vacuum sealed. We suspect that someone opened the box at some point during shipping.

The ham received (Benito) has a slightly yellowish color in the fat and is a bit rancid.

I bought 50% Iberian shoulder and it does not have the expected flavor, it has a somewhat rancid taste. However, the little pieces of ham that they gave me with the order were of very good quality

The product is good. The transport service is not. It took longer and they do not provide telephone information

Theoretically it is a shoulder of acorn ..... They do not send the black seal confirming it is acorn (I understand it was an oversight). Apart from that, in my case it turned out salty.
