Everything correct. The order, the shipment, the communication and the ham. And in the end, it came with a knife and ham holder, a nice touch.

I bought it on Black Friday and the order took 22 hours. I made a mistake selecting the product and they changed it for me over the phone. Everything was great. I still haven't opened the ham. I hope it's good. No

Good service. Very good shoulder. But 10€ for shipping to the Balearic Islands, even spending more than 100€, seems a lot to me.
