Service stands out for responsiveness and care, with many praising helpful recommendations, smooth ordering processes, and confident repeat purchases. Positive experiences also emphasize favorable tasting attributes such as sabor, color, textura, and aroma, reinforcing trust in the brand and its offerings.
All the service very good. Regarding the shoulder well cured but the flavor did not excite me, but that is a matter of taste, I think it lacks a point of salt, although it's better to be short because a salty ham is not liked.

I ordered a shoulder El Pozo 100 x 100 Iberian and there was no stock. We changed it for another 50 x 100 Iberian also from El Pozo and it turned out EXCELLENT, less fat and TENDER as my family likes. Thank you, Mrs. Montse, for being so helpful. Cruz Ruberte.

I had to return the first order because it was very salty and inedible. I was surprised by the return response and the very positive treatment from jamóypaletillas. The second order of ham is great in flavor and texture, quality price 10. Excellent ham and excellent service
